Who We Are

Doers of the Word is a Church Known For:

• Hearing the Word of God in the church and doing the Word of God in the world. (James 1:22)

• Being a place of refuge for God's scattered sheep. (Ezekiel 34 chapter)

• Standing firm in an uncompromising manner on God's Word. (Ephesians 6:13)

• Perfecting the Saints of God instead of entertaining the Saints of God. (Ephesians 4:12)

• Having the standard of living holy not as a suggestion, but as a commandment from God. (1 Peter 1:15-16)

• Teaching the Saints of God to HATE SIN but to LOVE THE SINNER ( Romans 12:9)

• Using the "Word" to win the lost and not the "world" to win the lost. (1 John 2:14-16)

• Having and developing leaders with a mind "to serve" versus "to be served". (Mark 10:45)

• Asking God what we can give Him instead of just what He can give us. (Psalm 116:12)

• Being a ministry where the Saints of God are more important than the "things" of the world. (Matthew 6:19-21)

• Being "ministry" motivated instead of "money" motivated (1 Timothy 6 chapter)

• Loving God more than ministry "activities" (Mark 12:30)

• Putting more emphasis on church fulfillment and not just church attendance ( James 1:22)

• Realizing that the most important office in the church is that of a servant. (Philippians 2 chapter)
